Shipping
When ordering diet packages internationally, please call 636-922-2282 Monday Friday, 9:00am 5:00pm and Saturday 8:00am Noon, Central Standard Time, to purchase the diet package and arrange shipping.
In order to ensure best delivery reliability of your package, we use UPS (United Parcel Service) for all mailing. We must have a proper and complete address since UPS does not deliver to P.O. boxes, A.P.O. addresses or F.P.O. addresses. All orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of the business day on which the order was placed. Orders placed after 2:00pm CST on Friday through Sunday will be processed and shipped on the following Monday morning.
Returns
HCG Diet Packages The HCG Diet packages include a non refundable fee of $250 upon viewing of the Getting Started video. The entire fee is considered non refundable unless your physician documents a medical need to stop the protocol within two weeks of signup, in which case the price paid for the service package less $250 is refunded.
Other Products Books, dressing, etc. may be returned for a refund if returned unopened, in new condition within 2 weeks of purchase. Buyer pays shipping fees.
