Chocolate Miracle Noodle Cookie

Ingredients
- 1 bag miracle noodles
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp vanilla
- 2 packets stevia
- ⅛ tsp salt
Instructions
- To start this maintenance recipe, you will need to prepare the Miracle Noodles according to package instructions, let cool, and dry.
- Pre-heat oven at 375 degrees.
- If you do not dry the miracle noodles well enough, you will have runny cookie dough.
- Once the miracle noodles have cooled, place them in a blender or food processor.
- Pulse for about 30 seconds.
- Add the remaining ingredients to the food processor.
- Chill for 10-15 minutes.
- Place ½-inch ball of cookie dough on a cookie sheet.
- Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes.

Bacon, Egg, & Cheese Cups

Ingredients
- 12 eggs
- 12 slices turkey bacon
- 1 cup shredded Mexican blend cheese
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 tbsp green onions (chopped)
Instructions
- Pan fry the turkey bacon until crisp.
- Crumble the bacon strips into small pieces.
- Place eggs in bowl, scramble, add bacon.
- Pour 12 even egg mixes into a greased muffin tin.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper, then cheese.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 17-19 minutes.
- Let cool 5 minutes.
- Slide knife around edges of muffin tin, remove slowly & top with green onions.
- Enjoy!
