- Enlist Help/Support – Get someone to hold you accountable whether it is a Pounds and Inches Away HCG Diet expert, a friend, and/or a family member. Let’s face it, everyone starts a diet in January, right? But then why are weight loss support companies busier in February then they are in January, busier in March then they are in February, and busier in April than they are in March? Because people resolve on January 1st to lose weight on their own but, as January passes by, they realize that they are not making progress on their own and they need support.
- Track Everything, Especially Your Progress – Keep track of everything you eat and drink. According to Dr. Jack Hollis at the Kaiser Permanente’s Center for Health Research, “The more food records people kept, the more weight they lost. Those who kept daily food records lost twice as much weight as those who kept no records.”
- And finally, Don’t Get Caught up in Perfection – If you ‘mess up’, don’t give up. We don’t live in a perfect world and we won’t likely maintain perfection in dieting either. Decide that you can do anything for about a month, if you have chosen to do a round of the Pounds and Inches Away Program. And, if you do happen to falter, get right back on it, proudly and confidently reminding yourself of your overall progress.
